On making art journal pages during difficult times

For me, making art is a way to express myself and release emotion. Art journaling, in particular, has become my favorite practice; a quick and intuitive way to capture moments from everyday life and my travels.

During the pandemic, like many others, I found myself in lockdown and overwhelmed by the uncertainty. Creating art became a way to send hope, offer comfort, and remind people around me that they weren’t alone.
